Innosager, MB (hereinafter – the Data Controller) sets the conditions for the processing of personal data by using the Data Controller’s website www.innosager.com. The privacy policy conditions apply every time you want to access our content and / or service, regardless of the device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, TV, etc.) you use.
It is very important that you read the privacy policy carefully because every time you visit the website belonging to the Data Controller, you agree to the terms and conditions described in these privacy rules. For what purposes and legal basis do we collect and process your personal data?
The Data Controller collects and processes your personal data for the following purposes:
To ensure communication with potential and existing business partners, service providers, to conclude and execute contracts we process the personal data of service providers, business partners (legal entities) employees and representatives (name, surname, name of the legal entity represented, position, address, phone number, e-mail address, other necessary data) and service providers, business partners (natural persons) personal data (name, surname, individual activity certificate, business certificate data, address, phone number, e-mail address, other necessary data) and service providers, business partners (natural persons) personal data (name, surname, individual activity certificate, business certificate data, address, phone number, e-mail address, other necessary data). Personal data are processed for the purpose of pursuing our legitimate interests in carrying out economic and commercial activities and for the purpose of concluding and executing a contract to which the data subject is a party.
For the purpose of providing consulting, training and workshop services (organizing consultations, trainings and workshops, registering for consultations, trainings and workshops and confirming registration, creating conditions for participating in consultations, trainings and workshops, providing information on changes or cancellation of consultations, trainings and workshops date, time, place, issuing certificates of consultations, training and workshops, etc.), we process the name, surname, workplace (if the employer sends or the data subject indicates himself) of the participants of consultations, trainings and workshops, information about consultations, trainings and workshops (topic, date, time, duration, place). Personal data are processed on the basis of consent or conclusion and performance of the contract.
For the purpose of concluding and executing a contract for consulting, training and workshop services, issuing invoices, accounting,we process the name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, contract terms, information on the performance of the contract, information on consultations, trainings and workshops (topic, date, duration), invoice data, information on payment, other necessary data. These personal data are processed on the basis of the conclusion and performance of the contract and in compliance with the legal obligations.
For the purpose of administering requests received through the website and (or) by e-mail, we process the contact person’s data, e-mail address, telephone number, company name, IP address, message content, other data provided by the persons, the content of the response provided, other information related to the provision of the response. Personal data are processed on the basis of the person’s consent.
For the purpose of ensuring the functionality and efficiency of the website operation, the convenience of use, the speed and security of the website operation and other purposes, we process personal data collected by cookies. Please note that by providing us with the personal data of other persons (for example, employees sent to consultations, trainings and workshops organized by us, etc.), you undertake to ensure the legality of data provision (obtain the consent of these persons, etc.) and provide these persons with information on where and how they can get acquainted with this Privacy Policy.
Who do we disclose your information to?
We will disclose your information to the following entities:
- Companies that provide services at our request. These companies are limited in their ability to use your information; they cannot use this information for purposes other than to provide services to us;

How long do we keep your personal data?
The personal data collected is stored in our information systems. Personal data shall be stored for as long as they are necessary for the purposes set out or for the periods set out in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the storage periods and procedures.
We keep your personal data secure:
- for the purpose of awarding and performing contracts, during the term of the contract and for a period of 10 years after the end of the contract;
- for the provision of consultancy, training and workshop services, for up to 12 months after the consultancy, training and workshop;
- for the purpose of administering enquiries received via the website and/or by email, for one year after the reply is given;
- for accounting purposes, 10 years after the end of the calendar year in which the transaction took place;
- For the purposes of the functionality and efficiency of the website, ease of use, website speed and security, personal data is processed for the duration of the cookie.
After the expiry of the time limits, the data will be deleted so that they cannot be retrieved, or transferred to a public archive if we are required to do so by law.
